Yoga Retreat FAQ

Yoga retreats are ideal for everyone who wants to spend time learning or developing their yoga practice, and would like to do so in beautiful, peaceful locations with some of the world’s best teachers. Our selection of yoga retreats are for all levels of experience, and we ensure that all our guests derive maximum benefit from their yoga classes. By the end of your stay you’ll be feeling relaxed, supple and serenely peaceful.

Many of our guests travel alone, and are looked after by our team from the moment they arrive either at the Airport or at the Yoga Retreat location until the time we all say goodbye. The team is on hand to look after guests throughout the Yoga Retreat and we will make sure everyone feels at home and relaxed at all times. This can be a great opportunity to do something for yourself and dip in and out of a group as you wish.

Whatever your experience of yoga you will be well looked after and be able to participate in all our classes.  Including absolute beginners. Each Yoga Retreat will individually specify what levels they cater for. Please use this as a guide.

This will depend on which Yoga Teacher/s that is/are teaching. Please check the individual Yoga Retreat and view the teacher’s profile to learn more. Most of our teachers practice a blend of styles that they have created into their own style over their years of practicing yoga.

The organisers will arrange you a transfer if you require one. We tend to group people together to keep the cost down hence why we suggest to travel on the recommend flights. If this is not possible, don’t worry, we will try to make the transfer as cost effective as possible.

We would recommend you take out Travel insurance if you are traveling abroad.
