I'm Valentina,
founder of Unearth Yoga
With a deep passion for yoga and a lifelong commitment to learning, I set out to create Unearth Yoga—a space where individuals come together to explore, learn, and grow on their yoga journey.
My yoga journey began in my early 20s, and over the past 14 years of teaching, I’ve witnessed the profound ability of yoga to nourish the body, calm the mind, and cultivate a deeper connection to self. As both a dedicated practitioner and experienced teacher, I am continually inspired by its power to transform lives. At Unearth Yoga, my mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can explore yoga, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with their inner harmony.
I am dedicated to empowering yoga teachers by providing high-quality education, mentorship, and training that deepens their knowledge, refines their skills, and strengthens their confidence in guiding others. Whether you're a student or a teacher, Unearth Yoga is a space for learning, transformation, and connection.
